43HBD is equipped with a wide range of power options, interior and out. The patios and decks are wide and provide easy flow for jibs and motion capture. Height inside is elevated in the common spaces up to 30' as well.

With wide hallways, pocket doors and excellent interior light, 43HBD gets the most light possible all day long, as the house was built with glass in mind. The house's foyer and great room even open on all sides to create an outdoor feeling indoors.
EVENTS
With the ability to accommodate small, intimate events indoors, or exterior events for up to 100 people, 43HBD was built with access, parking and staff in mind. We're also able to make references to chefs, security, clean up crews and valet services.
CORPORATE RETREATS
From yoga by the pool, to media heavy presentation material, 43HBD can accomodate everything from exterior activity space, access to a bonfire-friendly beach for outdoor BBQs, to even a fully integrated media system that allows for Airplay to all televisions, including a 75" screen in a black out basement.
